ABOUT • Dina Ayala

     In August 1997, I graduated from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, California. I have spent the last 18 years doing bodywork:  Swedish, Shiatsu, CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki. Next, came Healing Arts and Intuitive Guidance:  Herbal Medicine and Tarot Readings. More recently, I have added Channeling, Shamanic Journeys, and Soul Clearings to the services I offer my clients. My education is never ending.

     While I do bodywork and always will, I have realized over the years that many times a physical problem starts with an emotional problem or a traumatic event. Time and time again, I see the correlation of where the body holds injury and pain to the corresponding area that holds a specific kind of emotion or feeling.

     I feel that when I help to heal the body, mind, heart, and soul, then true healing can unfold. Emotions and patterns take a long time to manifest into dis-ease and un-ease. When we take the time to unwind and uncover these patterns, we benefit from a more therapeutic stance and achieve longer lasting results.

     In addition to my practice, one of my loves is to write. I love to post inspirational quotes, stimulating thoughts and guided visualization videos on Facebook. I write thought provoking articles on my Blog.

     I feel that I am a light bearer and I want to bring more health, love, light and healing onto our planet. I want to be part of helping YOU find your JOY.
