Cancellation Policy hour advance notice
Notice will be required when cancelling an appointment. If 24-hour notice is not provided, the full amount of the appointment fee will be charged. This fee must be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo the appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged for the “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
All appointments start on time and end on time. In the event of a late arrival, the session will be shortened and end at the scheduled time. Regardless of the treatment time actually given, the client is responsible for the full session fee.
